As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** The Montezuma County Housing Authority will be accepting bids for the Demolition and Installation of fencing at Park Central Family in Dolores Co Please stop by the office located at 121 E 1st Street Building A or email hamntz@mc-ha.org for more information. Scope of work to be completed by Contractor: remove and replace 410 lin. Ft. of vinyl fencing Install three 4 ft. vinyl gates Install one 3 ft. vinyl gates Install 16 vinyl corner posts and 51- vinyl line posts Install vinyl privacy panels according to the layout Detailed clean up and disposal of all old and new materials Project Details: Remove the existing Cedar and Chain link fencing Install 6'white vinyl privacy fence Housing Authority will supply vinyl fencing Concrete and fasteners will need to be provided by contractor Private locates will be required by contractor Provide building permits from the Town of Dolores and comply with all regulations if required. Provide all equipment that is needed to complete the project
