LEGO Construction Co. is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMatR) with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for Broward College. The scope of work may include but is not limited to interior renovation of an existing one story building. Work includes new partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting and lighting, and associated electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection. Broward College encourages Small Business participation. LEGO Construction Co encourages all Small Business Subcontractors to get pre-qualified to bid on this project.
