Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** Description: New county courthouse building with offices, work rooms, restrooms, and meeting rooms including but not limited to concrete foundation, structural steel, exterior masonry veneer, and exterior wall paneling and all interior finishes. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. Refer to Document 00 4313 Bid Security Form for additional information. 1. Bidders are required to submit sample copies of each required Bond, including Bid Bond, no less than seven (7) days prior to scheduled Bid Opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and accept or reject any or all bids.
