Site work for a civil project in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work for this project is construction of rehabilitating and hardening the Barrier Island lift stations along the coastal low-lying areas to improve the wastewater collection system's resiliency and protect critical infrastructure from stronger and more frequent storms and coastal sea-level rise. This project is funded under Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Grant Agreement No. HA001 (CSFA No. 37.114 Hurricane Stormwater and Wastewater Assistance. Bid Bond 5% All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Encouraged Not to Contact Any Member of the St. Johns County Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County. Question Deadline 06/25/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Any and all questions and/or inquiries shall be directed to Ms. Fye, in writing, via email at dfye@sjcfl.us A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required, complete and ready for operation and field test, seven (7) self-contained, automatic, self-priming centrifugal sewage pump housed in a soundproof enclosure including its respective drives and controls as specified herein.
