Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided are the installation of six (6) anti-barricade doors at the Rio Grande State Center (RGSC) Bldg. 515 Unit 1 and Unit 2. The Contractor shall remove the existing doors and frames in Unit 1 and Unit 2. All removed doors are to remain the property of the RGSC. The Contractor shall install four (4) new antibarricade doors and frames in Unit 1 and two (2) anti-barricade doors and frames in Unit 2. Doors and frames shall be purchased by the RGSC and provided to the Contractor. The new frame shall be secured to walls, floor, and roof deck to maximize strength and stability. The Contractor shall provide hot work permit for any and all welding is to occur inside the buildings. The hot work permit is to be reviewed and approved by the maintenance department prior to initiating any welding. After installation, the doors shall be tested to ensure functionality, ensuring the doors are able to open out to the hall as well as into the room. The manual locking device must be keyed to the current key used by the staff. Contractor is responsible for turnkey completion of this project to include door removal, frame and material removal, finish work, drywall, tape, float, sand, texture, and paint, etc. The Contractor shall repair any above ceiling penetrations using the approved fire caulking as requested by the Rio Grande State Center maintenance department. The RGSC facility will provide the necessary locksets for the new doors. The Contractor shall install an air cleaning devise to eliminate and or reduce the amount of dust in work site
