This project will be funded by ARPA. Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids; to waive irregularities in the Bids; to award bids based on individual items, groups of items, or on the entire list of items; and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City. Procurement installation of a 25KW propane generator and automatic transfer switch at Brownlow's water treatment plant and connection to systems. 2. Procurement and installation of a 20KW propane generator at Brownlow's well house and connection to existing systems 3. Procurement of standby submersible well pump 4. Misc electrical conduit and controls. 5. Cleanup and site restoration.
