Morgan Contracting, Inc. is actively seeking participation from certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), including Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses (WBEs), for subcontracting opportunities related to the Sanitary Sewer System Improvements Phase 1 project. To Construct a new separate sanitary sewer alongside the existing combined sewer that conveys wastewater to the existing East Side CSO Facility of the City. Upon project completion, the existing combined sewer system will remain as a storm sewer only. Sanitary Sewage will be conveyed to the existing East Side pump station by the new separate sanitary sewer.
