Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Last Day for submitting any questions/requests in writing: 01/19/26 during walkthrough Provide Labor and Materials Provide Overview of Project 1) LOCKERS: Furnish and install New double-tier lockers in the following classrooms and quantities: Rooms 126, 127, 128, 130, & 131 - 15 double-tier (30 total per room), Room 123 - 14 double tier (28 total), Room 122 - 3 double-tier (6 total; locker color must match existing) per CPS SPEC 10 51 13. (184 TOTAL) 2) All lockers to have a 4" base with 4" deep toe-kick, cove base, and be attached to wall per CPS specifications. Cove base color to match existing. Walls have been tested and are negative for LBP and asbestos. 3) Color of lockers are to be "Blue". Specific shade of color to be approved by principal. 4) Bid proposals shall be priced per room. 5) Contractor to secure necessary permits. 6) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. 7) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 8) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on a) Section 10 51 13 Metal Lockers 9) Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 10) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. 11) Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. 12) All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 13) Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. 14) All trash must be removed off-site by contractor. 15) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris. 16) All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing.
