The Slippery Rock Township Supervisors hereby invite sealed written bids for the "Muddy Creek Road Improvements Project Phase II" located in Slippery Rock Township, Lawrence County, PA. Experience installing Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA) is needed to be considered a qualified bidder. Bids must be upon the forms furnished by Slippery Rock Township. All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Slippery Rock Township. Slippery Rock Township reserves the right to accept any bid, which in their judgement may prove to be in the best interest of the taxpayer and reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in or reject any or all bids. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates shall be used on this project.
