The Township of Center, 150 Henricks Road, Butler, PA 16001, will receive sealed proposals for the following limestone: 1. 1,500 tons (m/l) #2A modified 2. 500 tons (m/l) #2B Gravel 3. 100 tons (m/l) #3 Limestone 4. 100 tons (m/l) #4 Rip Rap 5. 500 tons (m/l) #5 Rip Rap All items will be bid at the delivered price to the Public Works Maintenance Facility at 150 Henricks Road, Butler, PA 16001. A 10% bid bond or certified check payable to Center Township must be included with all bids. The successful bidder will be required to submit a 100% Performance Bond and a Certificate of Insurance. Bidders must meet PennDot specifications, Bulletin #15, and any exceptions must be clearly marked to identify the item bid. Center Township reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of the bids and to award the contract in the best interest of the Municipality. Sealed envelopes must be clearly marked "
