**As of June 13, 2025, the project was awarded to HILES EXCAVATING INC, with an awarded amount of $388,379.1.** This project consists of improvements to Father Marinaro Park. Installation of asphalt sidewalks; Installation of one (1) wood-frame pavilion with concrete pad; Resurface existing basketball court; restripe basketball court; Playground equipment and base installation; Installation of 10' high fences; Installation and maintenance of erosion and sedimentation controls; Installation of lighting features and signage; Grading; Landscaping; and Site restoration, complete in place. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of City of Butler in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee that, if the Proposal is accepted, the successful Bidder will enter into an Agreement within 15 days after Notice of the Award of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein Question Deadline 05/16/202
