All mate rials must meet PADat specifications Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885.00 per calendar day All proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Clay Town-ship. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be fur-nished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is swarded. Clay Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all part of the bid and to award the contract in the best interest of the Municipality.
