Site work and paving for a civil project in Butler, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Lincoln Road & Runge Road Low Volume Road Project The Work generally consists of furnishing all equipment, labor and materials for, but not necessarily limited to, the following: Installation of base drains, HDPE pipe, construct broad based dip, 90lb leveling and 1.5" 9.5MM overlay. The work is more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents and project sketch. The project documents contain provisions regarding the applicability of PA Prevailing Wages. Question Deadline 05/13/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Location online portal. Bids for this Contract shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid. All Bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. This project is funded by a Dirt & Gravel and Low Volume Road Grant. All materials and work must conform to the most recent edition of PennDOT Publication 408 in place at the time of bid submission unless otherwise specified. Butler Township reserves the right to reject any or all BIDS or portions thereof and to accept any BIDS, which in its judgment is for the best interest of the Township.
