1. LaGrange 3 Million Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank - Contract No. 108, consisting of (1) composite 3 million gallon elevated storage tank and accessories, the demolition and removal of the existing 200,000 and 500,000 gallon elevated tanks, earth work, storm water piping and precast structures, 24 RJ DI Water Main, two (2) tank mixers, chlorine analyzer, and tank lighting, together with all related work as specified and shown on the drawings. 2. Miller Road Pump Station Improvements . Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid or certified check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid to ensure the execution of the contract for which the bid is made. Rural Lorain County Water Authority reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids.
