Site work for a residential development in Shamokin, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
The work consists of four project areas for four different properties owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Shamokin. Drawings are provided. The three (3) project areas include: SpruceStreet Apartments, Harrison StreetApartments, and the HaroldThomas High Rise. **As of July 24, 2025, the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** Shamokin Harold Thomas Housing Concrete and Related Site Work The Authority is not legally obligated in any manner to accept any bid or award a contract. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding and the Authority will award the contract to the bidder whom the Authority considers to be most qualified, responsible low bidder, regardless of the bid amount. The Authority's decision will be final.
