As of September 19, 2025, the project has been awarded to: New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc - $73,266.00 Ronnie C Folk Paving Inc. - $47,386.75 total awarded amount of $120,652.75. The Work to be constructed hereunder is located on North Liberty Street between East Independence Street and East Water Street and East Water Street between 9th Street and North Liberty Street. The Work comprises milling of the roadway, tack coat, installation of Superpave HMA 9.5mm scratch coat and Superpave HMA 9.5mm overlay, 2% crown on center, adjust manholes, if required, seal all joints, full depth restoration areas will be determined after milling, which will include excavation, 2A Subbase and Superpave HMA 25mm and all appurtenances for a complete job in accordance with these Contract Documents. The City of Shamokin will provide adjustment rings for the manholes. Each individual utility will be responsible for adjusting any valve boxes. There shall be no pre-bid walk through of the Project Site. Contractor to verify the section of Liberty Street and Water Street located in the City of Shamokin to be milled and paved.
