The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supplies, software, transportation, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to accomplish the generator maintenance inspection and service. This is a 5-year, August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2030, contract with 5 separately priced ordering periods. Ordering Period 1: August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 Ordering Period 2: August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027 Ordering Period 3: August 1, 2027 to July 31, 2028 Ordering Period 4: August 1, 2028 to July 31, 2029 Ordering Period 5: August 1, 2029 to July 31, 2030 Questions: All questions shall be received by Thursday, June 24, 2025, at 09:00 am CST.
