As of July 8, 2025 bid date has been extended, No definite date for the new bid date. The scope of the project includes the installation of 2 rainwater collection systems, including tanks, pumps, connections to washdown and/or irrigation system and all related components at the facility being constructed at 199 Spur 100 in Kerrville. The project shall be a lump sum amount and consists of the installation of two rainwater collection systems including tanks, pumps, connections to washdown and or irrigation system and all related components at the new Kerr County Animal Services Facility (KCAS) located at 199 Spur 100, Kerrville, TX 78028. Work shall be coordinated with ongoing construction ofKCAS f acility under separate contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days af ter the actual date of the opening. Awarded contracts for projects exceeding $50,000 must include a payment bond for the full amount of the contract price. Awarded contracts for projects exceeding $100,000 must include both payment and perf ormance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price.
