: Streambank restoration of Crouse Run along Grouse Run Road. Work included in the project is the installation of turf reinforcement matting and grading on stream banks, floodplain areas, gravel bar removal and portions of the stream channel. Work also includes the installation of several instream structures including root wads, log-framed stone deflectors, toe log cribbing, and a rock cross vane to properly redirect flows. Project also includes the installation of vegetated solutions on the stream bank as well as seeding and mulching of all disturbed areas including all those areas disturbed for access to the various work areas. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of the Township of Hampton, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract, or any portion included in the project area, within ninety (90) days from the date bids were opened. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received Bid date description: Bids shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the name and address of the Bidder, the time and date of the bid opening and the words GROUSE RUN ROAD STREAM RESTORATION PROJECT.
