This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., necessary to remove the old chain link fence and barbed wire and install new chain link fencing and gates located at Deep Creek Lake State Park, 898 State Park Rd., Swanton, Garrett County, M.D. 21561. Question Deadline 06/09/2025 at 2:00 PM ET The work shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. The proposed project shall include, but is not limited to the following: a. Clearing and grubbing of work site as necessary to perform the specified work. Remove all debris off site. This shall be compensated under allowance #1. b. Remove and properly dispose of approximately 465 LF of chain link 7'tall fencing, rails and posts. c. Remove and properly dispose of all gate fencing, posts, rails, truss rods, barbed wire, hinges, and all accessories for gates (Gate sizes:4- 10.5'x7.5' sections, 4- 6'x7.5' sections, 1-4'x7 1/2 ' sections). d. Install approximately 615 LF of 6' new chain link and posts fencing to include: chain link fabric, fence posts, top rails, ties, and any accessories required for proper installation according to the manufacturer's instructions. Note: The fence shall follow the footprint of the proposed fence detailed in the attached drawings. e. Install 3 new chain link gates to include: chain link fabric, rails, truss rods, hinges, and all accessories for gate installation per the new fencing layout. Gate sizes: 2 - 10'9_1/8" x 5'8" sections, 4 - 5'9_1/8"x 5'8" sections. f. Properly dispose of construction debris from the job site and leave it in a preconstruction condition after completion.
