Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Austin, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of September 12, 2025, construction has commenced on the first two bid packages. As of June 3, 2025, the construction manager has begun releasing GMPs. There will be a total of eight (8) GMP packages covering the typical water/ waste water construction needs. Each GMP will be listed separately. GMP #5, Design Package C for 25 MGD / 25 MGD / 25 MGD / 25 MGD is expected to be released October 14, 2025 for bidding. Bid closing is anticipated for November 26, 2025. The Notice to Proceed is expected March 11, 2026, with an estimated start date of April 13, 2026. Completion for this GMP, is expected November 5, 2029. However, all GMPS are expected to be completed by May 23, 2031. The value listed is that of the total project value.
