2025 Resurfacing Program - Contract A and Contract B Contract A (HCE) County Road 19 from Road S to Road T (Monroe) Township Road 10 from SR 281 to Road J (Richfield) Township Road K from Road 2 to Road 3 with pavement repairs Contract B (Village of Deshler) South Keyser Street from West Walnut Street to West South Street PROJECT LENGTH: 3.09 MILES PROJECT TYPE: Asphalt Concrete Leveling, Resurfacing and Related Roadway Improvements Estimated total cost of the improvements is: Contract A: $465,000.00 Contract B: $135,000.00. Bid guaranty must be provided as guarantee that if the contract be awarded on such bid, the bidder will enter into a contract and the performance of it will be properly secured. The successful bidder, if using a 10% bid guaranty, shall be required to provide a contract performance and payment bond, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, for the full amount of the bid. (HCE) Road 19 from Road S to Road T - Road 19 is approximately 5240 feet in length and 20 feet in width and will be resurfaced with 0.5" 823 intermediate/ leveling course and then topped with 1.25" of 823 Asphalt Concrete Surface Course. (Monroe Township) Road 10 from SR 281 to Road J - Road 10 is approximately 5285 feet in length and 16 feet in width and will be resurfaced with 0.5" 823 intermediate/ leveling course and then topped with 1.25" of 823 Asphalt Concrete Surface Course with 617 berm in place. (Richfield Township) Road K from Road 2 to Road 3 - Road K is approximately 5330 feet in length and 16 feet in width and reconstructed 2 feet on each side and then resurfaced with 0.5" 823 intermediate/ leveling course and then topped with 1.25" of 823 Asphalt Concrete Surface Course with 617 berm in place. CONTRACT B (Village of Deshler) South Keyser Street from West Walnut to West South Street - South Keyser is approximately 485 feet in length and 20 feet in width and will be resurfaced with 0.5" 823 intermediate/ leveling course and then topped with 1.25" of 823 Asphalt Concrete Surface Course including curb. All invoices must be sent to the County Engineer, not the political subdivision. There are two (3) political subdivision this proposal covers. (Monroe and Richfield Townships and Deshler Village with Henry County being lead) A bond, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, for the full amount of the bid. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid.
