As required by Ohio Revised Code Section 153.67, et seq., the Owner requests statements of qualifications from experienced design-build firms to provide comprehensive design-build services to the Owner in connection with the Work for the Project. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) includes criteria against which qualifications submitted will be reviewed and evaluated to develop the short-list of firms from which pricing will be requested in the second phase of the selection process. The short-listed firms will be asked to provide both pricing and technical proposals, which will be reviewed and evaluated to determine the Design-Build firm that will provide the best value to the Owner for the Project. Project Overview: The project consists of the design, construction and commissioning of a new Public Works Service Facility for the City of Monroe to replace an existing facility that no longer meets the requirements of the City. The new facility site is an approximately 8.37-acre parcel located at 100 Clark Boulevard, Monroe, OH 45050.
