Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in West Yellowstone, Montana. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The Project, of which the Work under the Contract Documents is a part, is generally described as follows: demolition of the existing police chief's office and reconstruction of the new addition including temporary protection of the existing communications equipment. Contract time is 150 consecutive calendar days. Technical bid questions shall be directed to Mr. Scott Mahurin, PE at email scott.mahurin@tdhengineering.com. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to Town of West Yellowstone, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed sixty (60) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the OWNER. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Document. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
