The City of Clemson is accepting bids for the construction of a sidewalk along Riggs Dr., Martin St. and drainage on Poole Lane. Approximately 1348 LF of 5' Sidewalk and Curb & Gutter Installation; Associated work with the aforementioned work including ADA compliant tactile warning surfaces; Approximately 1100 LF of drainage installation; and Associated pavement marking, signage and minor relocations. Each sealed envelope must be marked on the outside as "Riggs Drive Sidewalk Project ITB 2025-05-001" and should include the respondent's name and address. Bidders must also make positive efforts to use small and minority-owned business and to offer employment, training and contracting opportunities in accordance with City of Clemson Code. The City of Clemson reserves the right to cancel this solicitation and/or reject any and all bids in whole or in part if the City of Clemson determines that cancellation and/or rejections are advantageous to the City. Bids are legal and binding upon the Respondent when submitted. It will also be the responsibility of each respondent to obtain any addenda issued from the Procurement Office. The written solicitation documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties.
