Clarification Deadline 5/26/2025 5:00 PM We are requesting proposals to furnish labor and material for a turnkey solution for our Tarlton Hills Apartments property located at 201 Frazier Ave, Charlotte, NC 28216. For the installation of 49 condenser units throughout the property as well as assuring all gas and pipe connections meet building code requirements on all (49) units. INLIVIAN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses, and to waive informalities. No oral interpretations will be given to any response as to the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents or be effective to modify any provisions of the documents. The successful candidate(s) shall be required to possess all applicable licenses, certifications, insurance, and bonding. INLIVIAN prohibits discrimination in any manner on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, or disability and will pursue an affirmative policy of fostering, promoting and conducting business with minority owned enterprises. The deadline for submitting all questions is 5:00 p.m. E.D.T., June 2, 2025. Responses to questions will be posted to the bid online
