Prairie State Community College, IL is seeking qualified contractors to install a Foundation Artwork Wall at the Chicago Heights, IL campus. The artwork wall has been designed by WhitComm, and Prairie State Community College, IL requires professional installation services to bring this design to fruition according to the provided drawings and project specifications. The selected contractor shall be responsible for the complete installation of the Prairie State College Foundation Artwork Wall, including but not limited to: 1. Review and verification of the design documents and specifications provided by Prairie State Community College, IL 2. Preparation of the installation area in accordance with the design requirements 3. Procurement of all necessary installation materials not specified as being provided by Prairie State Community College, IL 4. Installation of all wall components, including mounting hardware, backing materials, and finished surfaces 5. Application of all graphic elements, text, logos, and artistic components as specified in the design documents 6. Integration of any lighting or electrical components if included in the design specifications 7. Implementation of any interactive elements if specified in the design 8. Finishing work, including trim pieces, sealants, and any protective coatings 9. Clean-up of the installation area upon project completion 10.
