Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Columbus is accepting bids for Big Walnut - Crosswalk at Cherry Bottom Road, the work for which consists of installing a Rapid Rectangular Flashing Beacon and signage, connecting the existing curb ramp to an existing shared use path with an ADA compliant path connection, clearing and grubbing, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the plans and specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). All work shall be substantially complete within 180 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The City anticipates issuing a notice to proceed in Late September 2025. QUESTIONS Questions pertaining to the plans and specifications must be submitted in writing only to the project manager, via email at KNMesser@columbus.gov prior to 2PM on June 5, 2025.
