Bids for 375 S. High St., Public Restrooms Renovations / #70w, the Work for Which Includes Public Restroom Renovations at the Franklin County Municipal Courthouse at 375 S. High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Work to Be Completed After Business Hours. Areas of Work to Be Defined During Mandatory Walk Through. Scope Includes Replacement of Damaged Tiled Wall Sections in Public Restrooms; Remove Any Fixtures, Partitions and or Plumbing That Prohibits Access to Damages; Remove Existing Tile in Damaged Area to Extent of Failing Substructure; Replace All Damaged Substructure With a Wet Rated, Backer Board Type Substructure; Finish Wall to Include Matching The Existing Tile Wall Covering With Included Necessary Product Trim; Re-install Any Fixtures, Partitions and Or Plumbing, Once Damages Are Renovated; Provide a Per Square Foot Cost for Tiled Wall Replacement as Stated Above for Contingency Purposes; Replace Damaged Floor Tiles With Best Match to Existing Floor Tiles And Other Such Work as May Be Necessary to Complete the Contract, in Accordance With the Drawings, Technical Specifications, and City of Columbus Construction and Material Specifications as Set Forth in This Invitation for Bid (Ifb).
