Question Deadline 07/11/2025 All questions must be received 72 hours before the bid opening. Questions submitted after the deadline may be rejected by the Authority. This Denali Commission and State appropriation funded contract is for the demolition of existing equipment; installation of a new owner furnished engine-generator, charge air cooler, and transformer in an existing power plant; and modifications to existing mechanical and electrical systems in the community of Kwethluk, Alaska as described herein and shown in the Drawings. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, quality control, and supplies required to complete the work. A bid guaranty is required with each bid in the amount of 5% of the amount bid. The Undersigned proposes to furnish Payment Bond in the amount of 100% (of the contract) and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% (of the contract), as surety conditioned for the full, complete and faithful performance of this contract.
