Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Municipality of Anchorage Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting proposals for the construction and project management of new singletrack trails within Russian Jack Springs Park to provide for new recreational opportunities and activation of space. The singletrack trails would be constructed in the northern half of the park and repurpose an area of Russian Jack Springs Park used in the past as a day camp for children. A trail system layout was approved by the Urban Design Commission in Resolution No. 2023-003. The work required will complete the trail system as approved and provide for the safe progression of mountain biking skills. The expected period of performance is July 2025 - September 2026.
