Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pontotoc, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work shall consist of: Construction of TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS including grading, drainage, and paving. Each bid submitted must be marked on the outside "Bid for: TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS for City of Pontotoc, MS. Any bid in excess of $50,000 must contain on the outside of the envelope the contractor's current certificate of responsibility number, and no bid shall be opened or considered unless this number appears on the outside of the envelope or unless a statement is included on the outside of the envelope indicating that the bid enclosed does not exceed $50,000. A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder or an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the CITY OF PONTOTOC, on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities, equipment, materials and/or supply needs.
