Mallard Drive Site 1 1. Remove existing culvert and replace with 40 LF of 15 IN diameter HDPE Culvert Pipe. 2. Install 40 SY of Geotextile fabric to enwrap culvert and bedding rock per specification. 3. Install 27.97 Tons Crushed Limestone Backfill around culvert. 4. Install 2.36 Tons of DGA Road Base on top of culvert. 5. Install 2 SY of Geotextile Fabric to both sides of the culvert (4 SY Total). 6. Install 1.5 Tons of Channel Lining to both sides of the culvert (3 Tons Total). 7. Deepen 10 LF of the existing ditch area on culvert inlet side 8. Install 3.5 SY of Geotextile Fabric to ditch area on culvert inlet side 9. Add 2 TON of class II channel lining to ditch area on culvert inlet side (10'L x 3'W x 1'D) Carbon Glow Site 3 1. Install one (1) 36 IN Culvert Headwall at each end of the culvert (two (2) Headwalls total). 2. Install 3.5 SY of Geotextile Fabric to both sides of the culvert (7 SY Total). 3. Install 2.5 Tons of Channel Lining to both sides of the culvert (5 Tons Total) . 4. Deepen Ditch - 10 LF of the existing Culvert Ditch at culvert inlet 5. Install 3.5 SY of Geotextile Fabric to ditch area at culvert inlet 6. Install 2 Tons of class II channel lining to ditch area (10'L x 3'W x 1'D) at culvert inlet 1 Replace existing culvert with 15 in Diameter HDPE Culvert. LF 40 2 Provision and Installation of Geotextile Fabric SY 54 3 Installation and Provision of Crushed Limestone Backfill. TON 27.97 4 Provision and Installation of DGA Road Base. TON 2.36 5 Provision and Installation of 36 in Diameter Headwalls. EA 2 6 Clean and Reshape Ditches LF 20 7 Installation and Provision of Channel Lining.
