Description: The project consists of a 160-linear foot extension of SW 5th Avenue, south of Washington Street, in Longview, Washington. Improvements include excavation of roadway; removal of existing storm utilities, new catch basin and storm drain piping installations; installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps; HMA pavement; security fencing and gates, street light relocations, signing and pavement markings; and other work as shown. A contract will be awarded, or all bids rejected within 60 days after the bid opening. Bids received after the fixed time for opening cannot be considered. At that time all bids will be publicly opened and read in the Board's hearing room.
