The University of Oregon, on behalf of the Housing Department, is issuing this RFQ for the procurement of floor to ceiling restroom partitions as further described in the attached RFQ document. Vendor questions must be submitted to competitionsupport@uoregon.edu no later than 3 business days prior to the Closing Date. Please do not follow questions with emails requesting if and/or when responses will be posted. Responsibility of Each Vendor Participating in the Bidding Process: It will be the responsibility of each participating Vendor to refer daily to the UO Business Opportunities website to check for any available opportunities, addendum to current opportunities, cancellations, or intents to award posted there. It is not UO's responsibility to notify participating Vendors by email or by any other means of any of the above. University Housing is seeking pricing proposals for all-gender, floor to ceiling bathroom partitions for a remodel they will be performing in the Global Scholar's Hall (GSH) north tower. Housing did a pilot of the remodel in the second-floor bathrooms using Scranton Aria partitions and is now looking to remodel the rest of the bathrooms in the tower to match. 1.1 The third and fourth floors of GSH are nearly identical. They have five toilet stalls per floor, with partitions walls separating them, and six shower door systems per floor. The fifth floor has a different layout and receives eight door systems. 1.2 Please refer to the specifications below and the architectural plans attached hereto as Exhibit A for layout details. 1.3 Field verification of dimensions by the University prior to ordering will be required. 1.4 University staff will perform all installation. Installation services are not required as part of this RFQ. 1.5 Below is a count of the various system pieces required (Note the door systems and pilaster have a different finished ceiling height (94-96") than the partition walls (83"- 84"): 1.5.1 Third Floor: a. Five 3' doors, b. Six 2' doors, c. Associated hardware and pilasters (94" ceiling) d. Three partition walls (1 @ 64" x 84", 2 @ 62" x 84"). 1.5.2 Fourth Floor: a. Five 3' doors, b. Six 2' doors, c. Associated hardware and pilasters (94" ceiling) d. Three partition walls (1 @ 64" x 83.5", 2 @ 62" x 83.5"). 1.5.3 Fifth Floor: a. Four 3' doors b. Four 2' doors c. Associated hardware and pilasters (96' ceiling).
