Construction Services to Include Production of New Foundation Elements, Infill of the Existing Scale Pits, and Construction of New Approach and Exit Ramps for Each New Scale. Class of Project: County Project Class of Work Asphalt Concrete Paving and Oiling Project Cost Range $150k - $300k *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. COMPLETION TIME: OCTOBER 31, 2025 PREQUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS Only Prime Bidders and Subcontractors that have been prequalified for this project by Lane County may submit Bids. To be considered for prequalification, prime bidders and first-tier subcontractors must complete a prequalification application that includes commitments regarding rates of pay, apprenticeship participation, and full-family health insurance for workers employed on the project. Prequalification applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis but must be received not less than two weeks prior to due date of bids of a specific project. Lane County may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of Lane County that it is in the public interest to do so.
