Reference Number 0000295096 Question Deadline 07/07/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Onsite Visit Jun 26, 2025 10:00 AM EDT 1.Work of this Contract includes but not limited to the following: The project scope of work consists of replacing the 80kVA existing UPS with a new dual 75kW feed UPS. The contractor shall execute the construction in a phased procedure and shall utilize a 40kW temporary UPS to mitigate the risks of the switchover. Both temporary and permanent UPS shall be completely commissioned, and the performance shall be confirmed prior to connecting to the building’s load. A load bank shall be utilized for commissioning. BAS monitoring points shall be integrated with the building's BAS and contractor requires to hire base building base building BAS contractor. Refer to drawing E0.01 for the sequence of work. Contractor to submit and obtain SMOP approval from Consultant and BGIS, prior to commencing work at site. Furnish all labour, materials, equipment, tools and supports as well as supervision to provide a complete installation, tested and in working order, as shown on the drawings. The contractor shall perform the work stipulated in the contract and any or all contract changes and change directives, and shall furnish, unless otherwise provided in the contract, everything necessary for the proper performance and completion of the work. All work shall be fully tested, commissioned and in good working order at time of hand-over to owner. Make good any damages to existing equipment and/or system(s). Coordinate work and working hours with the owner and other trades to minimize disruption. All work shall be completed once adequate protection of adjacent spaces has been installed. Contractor to ensure minimal dust creation during work. Provide caulking and firestopping for all mechanical and electrical services passing through fire separations. Ensure completed work follows the most stringent and current applicable Code Requirements.
