CHA is seeking responses from qualified Architectural and Engineering (A/E) firms with demonstrated professional competence, experience, and licensing to provide Architectural Services for Residential Bathroom Renovations a at its Terrace Manor and Oak Ridge Prop3rrites. The responses shall consist of Qualifications, Experience, Financial Proposal and Staffing Plan. JCHA is seeking responses from qualified A/E Firms with demonstrated professional competence, experience, and licensing to provide the requested services at its Terrace Manor and Oak Ridge Properties. Details follow: 1. General - The project will consist of A/E Services for Residential Bathroom Renovations at its Terrace Manor and Oak Ridge Properties. The Work shall include, but is NOT limited to the following: o Architectural/ Engineering Design to mitigate existing issues o Plumbing and Electrical Fixture repairs and upgrades o Interior Finish repairs and upgrades o Bid and Contract Administration for Construction and Repairs, including certification that the resulting work is performed and completed in accordance with the Construction Documents. JCHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities or irregularities. The A/E Design Team will be expected to complete the Contract Documents within 120 days, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Owner. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
