SJSU seeks qualified firms for high voltage electrical engineering services under task order contracts for campus repair, maintenance, and improvement projects San Jose State University is seeking qualified consultants to perform various professional services for projects for the University main and off-campus locations. The University's intent is to use Task Order Service Agreements to contract with consultants to provide professional services for specific disciplines. These services could include a single meeting or evolve to a major task to support repair, maintenance or improvement projects. The University may award Task Order Service Agreements with a maximum value up to $400,000 and with no minimum value. Issuance of Task Orders is not guaranteed and the maximum cumulative contract amount for services may not be achieved. The University will issue Individual Task Orders for a particular task and reduce by the balance available for issuance of subsequent Task Orders. The term of this Agreement is for one (1) year with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods. The University reserves the right to renew the Task Order Service Agreements to the same consultants and may select more than one firm for each category. The University is seeking Campus Consultants for the following disciplines: o Cost Estimating o Engineering and Consulting Services for Central Plant Faculty and Campus Utilities o Sports Facility Design.
