Site work and new construction of a civil project in New Shoreham, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: The Construction of a new Well House, the installation of two (2) new well pumps, piping, electrical, and control wiring for Wells 7 East and 7 West. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Water System Improvements Project (2023) Well House, Well Pumps, Piping, Electrical and Control Wiring for Wells 7 East & 7 West The contract shall be completed within one hundred twenty (120) days following the acceptance date of the Bid. Questions regarding the Plans and Specifications should be directed, in writing, to James J. Geremia & Associates, Inc., 272 West Exchange St., Suite 201, Providence, RI 02903 (Attn. Mr. James J. Geremia, P.E.) at Jim@Geremiaengineering.com no later than 12:00 PM on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to accept Bid Forms which nominally vary in appearance from the original paper version of the Bid Form, providing that all required information and submittals are included with the Bid. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. Bid security must be at least 5% of the Bidder's maximum bid price. Article 6 of the General Conditions, as may be modified by the Supplementary Conditions, sets forth Owner's requirements as to performance and payment bonds, other required bonds (if any), and insurance. When the Successful Bidder delivers the executed Agreement to Owner, it must be accompanied by required bonds and insurance documentation.
