The Project may include but is not limited to: site preparation: clearing, grading, and preparation of a 60' x 80' site, foundation & concrete: 6" thick reinforced concrete floor with sawcut joints, cure/seal, and drains, building construction:erection of structure including roof and wall panels, overhead doors: two (2) insulated 12'x12' overhead doors with openers, walk doors: two (2) standard exterior entry doors with locksets, insulation: ceiling and wall insulation suitable for a heated facility (R-38 attic, R-19 walls or equivalent), interior finish: metal panel interior liner or equivalent wall and ceiling finish, HVAC: radiant tube heating or equivalent ceiling-mounted heating system, electrical: 100 AMP service, outlets, LED lighting, plumbing: water service to building, utility sink, multiple hose bibs/faucets, drainage & grading: finished site must be graded for proper drainage and clean-up of construction site.
