Direct Questions to: Deadline for Questions/Solicitation Protests: June 18, 2025 @ 4:00 PM PT The Urban Flood Safety & Water Quality District ("UFSWQD" and "District"), seeks written proposals from qualified firms to provide design, permitting and construction management services to complete a capital project from pre-design through construction closeout to replace existing pumps and discharge piping below a federally authorized levee. District will screen and select proposers as provided in ORS 279C.110(5). Notice to Award Contract August 29, 2025 Board Approve Contract September 18, 2025 Notice to Proceed September 19, 2025 The Broadmoor Pump Station Project Schedule: October 2025 - Contract Start Work Project Budget: FY 2026 - $230,000 Anticipated Total Contract Value - $900,000 The Schmeer Pump Station Project Schedule: October 2025 - Contract Start Work Project Budget: FY 2026 - $180,000 Anticipated Total Contract Value - $560,000 The District intends to award a single contract as a result of this RFP. The contract term will be five (5) years The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
