The City of La Quinta (City) seeks proposals from qualified Professional Engineering Consultants to prepare the plans, specifications and engineer's estimate (PS&E) for Bridge Preventative Maintenance Program Plan. To ensure there is equal participation of the DBE groups specified in 49 CFR 26.5, the City of La Quinta has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 13% for this project. DBE is a firm that meets the definition of DBE. All questions must be submitted in writing to the City via email to Carley Escarrega at cescarrega@laquintaca.gov on/or before June 12, 2025 at/or before 5:00 p.m. A comprehensive Gantt Chart schedule describing the nature and scheduling of proposed tasks and reflecting August 6, 2025 as the start date. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
