that the City of Livermore is requesting qualified contractors to submit proposals including a pricing schedule and a summary of qualifications for REPLACEMENT OF UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM AT CIVIC CENTER CAMPUS according to the City's specifications and all other terms and conditions. LOCATION OF THE WORK: The work is located in the City of Livermore, in the County of Alameda, State of California. The Contractor shall comply with all ordinances, regulations, and other lawful requirements of said City, County, State, and Federal governing the work on public property. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The work consists of preventive maintenance and repairs services provided on all equipment and associated devices related to the replacement of uninterruptible power supply systems at Livermore's Civic Center campus as described in Exhibit A. COMPLETION OF WORK: The term of the agreement shall be from November 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE CLASSIFICATION: Contractor shall possess a valid Class B General Contractor's License at the time of submitting a proposal to the City and the licenses must remain valid for the duration of the agreement. Failure to possess the valid licenses shall render the proposal as non-responsive. BUSINESS LICENSE: The Contractor must have, or obtain, a valid business license to do business in the City of Livermore. The deadline for submitting written questions and requests for information will be August 1, 2025. All questions and requests for information related to this RFP process must be submitted via online. The City of Livermore reserves the right to award or reject proposals in part or in whole and on any basis it deems in the best interest of the City. The City will award to the "Best Value" vendor per City's Municipal Code Section 2.68. Reference is hereby made for further details which specifications, general conditions, and this "Notice to Vendors" shall be considered part of any agreement made.
