Paving Services - Parking Lot (JCTC) Question Deadline 05/30/2025 Deadline for written questions sent via email to the Issuing Officer Bekka.Korosec@kctcs.edu Specifications for Paving Overlay Sealer shall be Neyra AE Asphalt Pavement Sealer. Follow manufacturer's recommendations for placement of sealcoat. Clean oil spots and treat with oil spot primer following the manufacturer's recommendations at no additional cost to JCTC. Remove coating from any surfaces that were not to be treated at no additional cost to JCTC. Crack sealer shall be Neyra Professional Grade Gatorfill. Apply crack sealant according to manufacturer's recommendations. No substituted brands will be accepted. Suppliers bidding another brand will be rejected as non-responsive. Mill keyways where necessary Clean area to be paved Prime with tack Asphalt bonding agent. Wedge low areas prior to paving Area: 14700 SY 1.5" of compacted asphalt surface required No striping required. KCTCS reserves the right to: (a) reject any and all responses, in whole or in part; (b) request clarifications from Suppliers; and (c) take any other action as permitted by law.
