The Project encompasses selective demolition and renovation of the Concourse Connector, Concourse Rotunda, Concourse A and Concourse B at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport in Louisville, Kentucky. Goals for minority participation for each trade: 11.2% Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% Each sealed Bid shall be accompanied by an irrevocable Bank Letter of Credit, or satisfactory Bid Bond with good corporate surety, in a sum not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the Bid, payable without condition to the Owner, to guarantee that if the Bidder's offer results in an Award, the Bidder will furnish all required bonds, insurance certificate(s) and insurance policy(ies) within ten Calendar Days after the date Notice of Award is given, and enter into the Contract within thirty (30) days after Notice of Award is given. Any questions from the prospective Bidders will be accepted in writing until 12:00PM local time on June 18, 2025, after which no questions will be answered. The Owner will encourage the successful Bidder to enter into, and will assist the successful Bidder in securing, a project agreement, or other agreement, to reduce the risk of work stoppages or other labor related delays during the term of the Project. The Owner will encourage the successful Bidder to employ local labor for all but supervisory personnel for the Project. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid or bid guaranty, to reject any or all bids, to award or refrain from awarding a contract for the work, and to negotiate with the apparent qualified responsible bidder to such extent as may be beneficial to the Owner. Site visit description: Please plan the day of the tour to meet at the information desk in baggage claim adjacent to the escalators. Bidders completing the tour are advised that firearms, weapons and non essential equipment are not authorized on the tour.
