SoW Remove and dispose of existing aluminum framed ribbon window system, glazing, and associated flashings and accessories at the second floor east and west elevations as indicated on drawings. 1.1.2 Remove and dispose of existing interior gypsum board at the wall area below the ribbon windows, full width of areas. 1.1.3 Remove the existing two 2x wood sill framing members and replace with two 2x fire-retardant treated sill framing members. 1.1.4 Treat exposed existing wood framing and sheathing with mold and mildew cleaning agent and provide a mold and mildew resistant primer on exposed wood surfaces. 1.1.5 Provide fiberglass batt insulation in all stud cavities and provide one layer of gypsum board, finish and paint. 1.1.6 Provide new resilient cove wall base in all areas indicated on drawings, full width of areas. 1.1.7 Provide new aluminum framed curtain wall system with insulating glass units. Provide heavy gauge extruded aluminum sill flashings with extended face dimension. 1.1.8 Remove and salvage existing round stained-glass window on building's north elevation. Provide new sheet air barrier flashings and sheet metal sill flashings before installing new storefront window and reinstalling existing stained-glass window on interior side of existing masonry opening. 1.1.9 Provide new door hardware at first floor exterior doors as indicated. 1.2 Work associated with these items are described in the following specification sections and/or are shown on the contract drawings. Incidental work items not listed above and necessary for completing the project shall be included. This project is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. All technical questions and correspondence, unless otherwise specified, shall be directed to the Contracting Officer Representative, and copied to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist.
