Reference Number 0000383330 The City of St. Clair Shores is looking for a contractor to periodically test commercial water meters to respond to customer requests or for other purposes. The City is looking for a contractor to test (as-needed) large meters based on size or other criteria. The City will provide the list of meters to be tested. All work will be completed at the direction of the City. Meter testing must meet AWWA specifications for meter model/type and volume/flow rate. Question Deadline 05/06/2025 at 12:00 AM ET Questions are submitted online No It is the intent of the City to award a 3-year project on Monday June 2, 2025. Provide unit pricing for all line items you can. Provide year 1 pricing only if year 2 and year 3 cannot be committed to. The City of St. Clair Shores reserves the right to accept or reject any portion of this bid and/or to divide the bid in any manner the City determines to be in its best interest. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract upon 30 days' written notice due to poor performance or for any reason deemed in its best interest. All prices provided shall remain valid until June 30, 2028. Explanations desired by Bidders shall be requested of the Owner, and if explanations are necessary, a reply will be made in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be posted to online. The City of St. Clair Shores shall be included as additional named insured on this Owners & Contractors Protective Policy.
