The Procurement Office on behalf of Barnstable Public Schools is requesting bids for the following project: FY25 BHS FIELD OF DREAMS PH 2 TENNIS COURT RENOVATIONS. Project No. 23.036NH Questions Due Date: Jun 16th 2025, 12:00 PM EDT in the Q&A section of the online portal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials Payment Bond and a Performance Bond each in the amount of 100%. 5% Bid Bond required. Liquidated damages apply. Full compliance with Federal, State and Municipal Wage Laws is required of all work done for the Town of Barnstable. Prevailing Wages required. OSHA certification required. MBE/WBE 10.4% required. Contractors shall be required to comply with all applicable Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30 S.39M, and other applicable Massachusetts General Laws. The Town of Barnstable reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or waive any formalities that appear to be in the best interest of the Town.
