QA - 6/11/25, 6/16/25: Despite initial estimates of less than 20% patching for most mill and overlay roadways, we have raised the estimated patching quantities to 35%. This adjustment reflects the significantly worse conditions frequently discovered by county inspectors after the roadway surface was milled, a year following our initial evaluation. The boring and soil data don't directly influence the quantity of Item 201. Previously, Hot Mix Asphalt Paving projects had an underestimated quantity for this contingent item. To correct this, the quantity for Item 201, Contingent Class 1-A Excavation, has now been aligned with Item 508, GAB for Patching.
